From 2013 to mid-2020, the URV Learning and Research Resource Center has had a quality management system, certified under the requirements of the standard ISO 9001.

It currently continues to work following the continuous improvement policy, with the Quality Policy document that sets the basic guidelines that remain in force for the Internal Quality Management System.
